They are not doing De-Activation of wap services

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is Murali krishna i have been using Airtel prepaid sim (Maharashtra Circle) daily my balance has been deducting by Rs 10 or Rs 20, Randamly though i have given so many times to their custmercare executives, Daily they r saiyng within 24 Hrs it will get deactivate but it is not happning please make a hopeful action from u r side.
