Not activation of postpaid sim

I took airtel postpaid plan 12 days before today is 10.02.2009 i submitted all necessary documents. Airtel also deactivated my existing prepaid sim.& still they not activated my postpaid sim.this is very bad service..I am in very much loss due to airtel service.
