Non activiation of sim card

I took airtel post paid plan. I submited all necessary documents to airtel office 12 days back.

Today 10.02.2009 Still my sim is not activiated.

My existing prepaid sim is deactiviated by airtel.

I lost more bussiness opurnities due to airtel card service.
