I am Simmarjeet Singh, using a Airtel Number 9810033821 Since 10 Years, As i Am One of the oldest customers, Insted of good Behaving, you Airtel outlet at cannaught Place, New Delhi Person is not ready to listen a single word, my Problem is, I have not used the GRRS from last 3 months but in billing Statment is showing charges and i was ready to pay that amount in part payment also & my due bill date is 28 th Feb, & i requested to activate the sim but they are not ready to listen any thing,

Please try to solev the problem,
