SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH AIRTEL: Need TOP management Attention.
Dear Sir,
I hold an Airtel connection with No. 9731055100, for the last one year. Till November it was in the corporate name and as per the company policy change it was transferred to the individual name subsequently.
For the last 2 months there was a billing problem with Airtel and i have opted for an ebill. Last month they had sent me the bill on 20th February, whereas the due date was 22nd Feb. Just 2 days notice to pay the bill. Doesnt this sound ridiculous. They got delayed becos of the infrastructure upgradation problem.
Now this month too they haven't sent me the bill but there were number of calls from Airtel to pay my bill immdly. the reason being i had crossed the credit limit as i was travelling abroad last month.
It is a BIG pain with Airtel for such pathetic service. Now my outgoing has been blocked. Mail sent to the 121@ airtelindia, doesn't have any response till date.
Number of attempts to reach Mr. Jayaraj R Zonal Head - Customer Service (Bangalore) at Bharti Airtel Limited, failed as nobody was willing to provide his contact details.
Can the Airtel Top Management take this seriously and get me resolution without any damage to me and my customer. As iam in a customer facing role and i need the incoming & outgoing call to be activated immdly.
Can you pls get this message to Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal and his team, so that they know what kind of service his team is rendering to the consumers.
