Hi,
I have lost my mobile with Airtel connection at 9th March. @ 10th march I call customer care number and asking for the itemized bill with out going call details for retrieve the number. And they reply that for receive the bill a minimum
balance of Rs. 50/- have to be maintained in account. I have done Rs. 50/- e- recharge with same time, they say before 19th march they will send details to my mailing address.
But after 19th March, I not received any letter from Airtel and again I communicate by mail for same issue.
This time one of their representative name Gopinath R register my complain with Service Request number 033021134300.
And he replies they will revert to me by 07/04/09.
But still I did not get any thing .even now they not reply to my mail also.
