Subject: Regarding non-execution of my request.

Dear Sir,

I am Airtel customer from last 6 years, my mobile number is 9970920514. But now I am not happy with your service.

Last month I activated a plan having monthly rental Rs.58/- (regarding low call rates). One month got over. From the next day daily deduction of Rs.2/- started deducting from my balance. I communicated about the same and requesting to discontinue the same for 10-12 times but still the service is active.

I am not at all happy with your service.

Do the needful.
