Irresponsible customer service and unauthorised usage

I have mailed to Bharathi Airtel regarding one of the mobile number which is not known to me (9731563932). I have not received any bills in this regard and also I wanted to see as how my details have been misused, however all my efforts in tracing with Airtel is in vain

I have also cleared mentioned in the mail which I sent to Bharathi airtel customer service, if I don't receive any reply then I will not interested in any calls in regard to the mobile number.
