Hi,
I have been with Airtel for more than 8 years and now the issues is that, they are not able to resolve my queries or provide proper compenstaion for their mistake.
In the month of Jan - Feb '09 they disconnected my mobile connection without any intimation nor reason. I am still get the bills for payment.
This issue was started due to network issue in and around Bangalore.
I have been in touch with one of the escalation manager (Mrs. Bhanu) for more than 3 months now but with no proper explaination nor resolution for my issues.
I would like to know how to proceed with this and get my issues resolved.
I am sure that people in bangalore have been facing this issue with Airtel.
