Deactivation of sim card and bill

Hi,

I have a sim card the no is 9860044877.i had given a request 3 times at your call center for deactivating the card as im not using it any longer. But no action was taken against it, then i recd a call from your care centre stating that your request will be processed. Then suprisingly i recd a bill of Rs 1421.58 in the month of April 09.When i called up ur customer care a guy named GANESH said, no request for deactivating card is recd and if i do not pay the bill then all my other AIRTEL No's will be deactivated is this the way your call centre guys are trained...

After asking his seniors contact number he disconected my call without any further communication...

this is how you guys satisfy your customers needs...

I will not be paying the bill for the No 9860044877 when i have not used for last 3 months...

looking for a revert on urgent basis...
