Dear sir,
I am having an airtel no 9967536681 for which there was some billing issue & outstanding amount was Rs.3869 but two days before i got a call from airtel stating that your complaint has been resolved & you have to pay only Rs.2200 and i agreed for the same. An executive was send by them & i paid him Rs.2000 & got a receipt of the same.
Now when i am calling on that no they are saying that it is a wrong number & when i spoke to the cudtomer care the amount is not reflecting in my Airtel ID.
Pls resolve & do the needful as soon as possible.
