Phone dead for 10 days

Dear sir,

this is for your information that i am resident of bilaspur (chattisgarh) with airtel no 07752-414703

for last 9 days my phone is dead, despite so many complains no body come up to check the connection

my work is very much affected due to above problem

i dont know what to do now
