Deativaction of WAP services

I have been charged twice for 20 Rs. each time and I have received a message on my mobile that "You have been charged Rs. 20... thanks for using subscription based text services on Airtel WAP "...

n when I called and talked with the Customer care Executive ..they ain't told me clearly how to get rid of this ..

Now I em helpless as they are not telling me clearly and charged me Rs.40 till now in two weeks ..

Please Deactivate my WAP services ..

Or tell me how to do that ..
