In april 08 i have taken one air tel connection, no is 9760004861. then suddenly after two months they changed my plan & the bill amount shoot up from three hundred to seven hundred.
I paid for one month & asked to correct the plan but nothing happened. then next month i refused to pay as per their new plan & asked them to correct the bill if you want me to pay. now toatal amount as per air tel is Rs 1578 /- & as per me it is around seven hundred including taxes.
two meetings already happened with them & they are now telling that TRI new rulling had came at that time & because of that they had changed my plan without infroming me, without asking me.
Can you pl clear as per law can they do like this.
