121 service by pressing 9 (talking to executive) was disabled without informing. Is it normal punishment for asking something. The caption is " welcome to airtel" & no person is available for solving the problem particularly before 8am. Then i will try during day time. Then "connecting to executive" will come and no one will come on line. Then i forwarded a compliant. After 3-4 days call came telling me that i have used 121 service too much. Hence it has been disabled automatically. Now it will be activated on 18 th oct. year he has not informed. can airtel disable without informing?
