Activating and renewed programmes himself

Sir,

Airtel service provider is activating the Fusion Lunge subscription service from Airtel it self when serveral time requsted and made complaints against this and charging Rs.15/- every time. this is third time Airtel activating the above said programme in its own. Today 03.11.2009 again at 1145 hrs sent me the message from No.54321 says "you have been renewed for Fusion Lunge subscription service from Airtel you have been charged Rs.15/- play games htthp//gclub.in" and made my balance to Rs.0.66 only. Yesterday 2/11 I have charged for Rs.30/- and got Rs.24/- talk time. This is very bad. I am very fed up with this earning of money from the customers because the set which I had is having no any option for this browsing and any other facilities. I hope that you will make the

complaint lodged and take action immediately.
