Deducting balance

I have an airtel sim. Its mobile no is 9867832225.

Every month airtel deduct Rs 5 from my account. After complaining it to the Airtel customer two months back they refunded the amount. But last month they again deducted the amount Rs 5 from my account. When I called them they said the will refund the amount but they did not do so.

Now I am calling the customer care but they are not receiving the call. Also most of the time I am not getting able to call the customer care due to improper handling of customer care number.
