Dear Airtel Service,
1). My mobile No. 99670 42879 from MUMBAI Location.
2). I have been using the same number since 3 years.(more than 2years as post paid connection and
later it converted to Prepaid)
3). My main complaint No1 ..is about AIRTEL LIVE SERVICES... that's my number has some
how... subscribed for Airtel Comics portal (I didn't activated myself). So my account balance has been
deducting Rs.10/week. This has been happening since more than two months. PLEASE STOP IT
4). The complaint No2 is... The Jokes subscription, this service also..deducting my account balance in
their own passion every time balance is deducting Rs.3/ regardless of the time slot. (even this one
also ..I didn't activated myself). PLEASE STOP IT
5). The complaint No3 is. Customer Care Service 121 and 9831012345 is worst in MUMBAI.There are so
many service option are missing to un-subscribe the services.like comics (there are some help line
from the people but those are not working such as sms PLIVE 222 ..The system report NO KEY
WORD FOUND). So only subscription facility is not enough It must be have un-subscription facility
also. Please find out those services and provide the help in public portals.
6). The complaint No4 is... 98310 12345 Customer Care Number. I called this many times. Some one
Lifting the phone... but, at the movement I'm explaining the issues..breaking down the call (Don't say it's
may network issue). Please find that guy who lifted and take the appropriate action, other wise it will
resolve in Consumer Court (simply honestly).
Date I called to 9831012345 from 9967042879 is On 06/11/09 and time recorded in mobile 09:36 AM.
7). The complaint No5 is... AIRTEL LIVE SERVICE 543212 ..is that I called to this service to de-activate
the AIRTEL LIVE... I tried out around 6 minutes and few seconds (any way..It's not worked out).but I
have charger Rs. 42. for that call (the Service is in India or else where?). Please, revert that transaction
if it's possible. My question is that.aren't the ways the Airtel is earning? (It's nobody think
so... because Airtel is such a big network in the country. So.. be behave like it's personality)
8). The complaint No6 is... Airtel web site for paying bills and so on so... online services. Its worst..worst
Performance, the accessing speed is very very very low.
FINALLY...
I AM REQUESTING YOU THAT..PLEASE STOP MY LIVE SERVICES..COMICS PORTAL (even
my mobile cannot support gprs and I don't interest at all)
AND PLEASE STOP LIVE JOKES.
