I have lodged complaint with customer care since jan 09 but while getting updates customer care informs complaint is lodged in aug 09 regarding network problem being faced at home i want to know that why no one has called since aug or we to only pay bills in time and suffer at the hands of airtel can some manager wake up and take initiative in resolving problem or raise hands that nothing can be done
