Non activation of sim card

Dear Sir

i had a post paid service connection bearing the no 9910306742 which i had to convert to prepaid as i was about to leave the city of ghaziabad

there was an issue with respect to my photo identity (saying that it was nt clear) post to which a visible id was submitted and my prepaid connection was activated

i had been using the connection for a period of two months and all of a sudden there was no access, (sim registration failed)

i was in the impression that the balance was less and i recharged the account through online banking a/c

the recharge was successfully accepted but it was later informed that due to inadequency in id i cannot access

i had to shell out Rs 100 for recharge and also my previous balance

I have stated my inconvierince earlier to the authorites and they were just prompt enough to register a complaint but till date there is no reply or result from them except that they state the mob is operational please do the needful

the latest ref no of the complant is 281020091836 and subsequently another complaint was also registered

looking forward for a rely ASAP
