My prepaid connection is not working properly in roaming area. When I try to make an outgoing call in roaming it s not connected first two and three times (even more). I have made complain to Airtel customer care in this regarding 6-7times but every time they assured that my number will work fine on my next visit.
After my last complain i changed my sim card on customer care advice. But I am facing the same problem even after changing the sim. Due to this problem I have to manage extra phone while in roaming. This problem and company attitude towards it make me think to change the operator.
You are requested to be needful in this regard and please solve out the problem as soon as possible as a many of my upcoming journeys are planed in December.
