This complaint is in furtherance of interruption of services of my Airtel no 9560386868.I recently got a new post paid connection. The services were fine, till the time i got a message that the services will be deactivated due to the non-verification of residential address. Further would like to mention that, no one had come from the Airtel office to verify the details and i don’t understand how going to the Airtel retail outlet will serve the purpose of verification if i have already submitted required documents with the same.
So I request you to please activate the services ASAP!!
