Sir i am a bonafide subscriber and user of Air tel services but the company wrongly charged std and local rate despite the several request the company did not setteled the matter and continuuosly charged wrong bill from me the company generated the bill on 07/11 and they added rs. 998 for ythe advance rent for ome year and they also charged RS. 1198 december bill for one year advanced rental in first of the 998 they offer me 0.50 paise local and rs. 1 for std and rs. 200 discount for the three month .but they cointinuosly charged me std rate rs. 2.40 paise the company more than 25 day disconected my services.hence it is my request to you kindly take appropriate legal action against airtel company.
