I've airtel p.post no.9878018333. which is a group no. & i've never ignore my payments from last year. but last month my outgoing come to close due to no payments.i've paid my bill 750/- out of 1137/- but they also banned my incoming. I was shocked while of same group other no.s are working with much balance than of me... I approach many times to c.care but they said that you have to pay ur total payments than after you 'll get ur no. activate... Here i'm very confused that what is my fault... I've also agreed to pay my balance but they said no excuse... this is very shameful to AIrtel that they make such stupid plans or customer's care provision...
