Sim problem

I had lodged a complaint on 12th mar 08 about not being able to send sms from my mobile phone

no follow up was done by any customer executive, again on 13th and 14th another couple of complaints were lodged and this time i was told that somebody would call me before 1330 hrs on 19th but today is 20th mar and nobody in he world had given me a call, neither my problem has been rectified

this is very disgusting and disappointing service from airtel
