I have been using airtel service since more than 1 and half year, i had never faced any problem in the service and network from airtel.

Since 2 months i have been facing big time network problem and have lodged complaint for the same, but nothin helped. After a a gap of 2 months i received a call from airtel, the gentlemen asked me to visit the nearest airtel gallery and get my simcard checked for the network problem. On 21st April evening i visited the Mahim Airtel Relationship centre in the evening at about 6.15, where i had to wait for an hour. the gentlemen named Kiran attended me and replaced my sim card with a new one, and assured me that the sim would get activated within 10-15 minutes, its been more than 19 hours my new card has not yet got activated and i am still facing the same network problem.
