Where is my mobile bill?

For the last two months i didn't recieve my mobile bill.when i call the customer care they were telling me that our watch man venkatesh has recieved the bills.the thing is that we dont have watch man at all.it's just 2 stair building.bloody airtel can u help me out in this... i seriously need the original bills
