9746... not accessable from roaming airtel number itself

I am a user of airtel (kochi, prepaid) and presently on roming since seven weeks, and unable to contact airtel numbers at kochi which beigins with 9746... rest all numbers of various service providers are accessable. I have launching complaints every day by phone/email but still got no result. (two more airtel users from kerala are facing same problem.
