In the morning i called customer care 3 times between 08:45 to 09:05 am on 18.09.08 . Every times calls are getting disconnected by exacutives. Does Airtel provide such services? If you think this is the best service then i am really dissatisfied from your customer care service. Its really fucking customer care services.
Purpose of my call was to get my name corrected on my bill. My name is Abhimanyu keshri however in bill it is showing Abhimanyu Keshkari. Even for that i have called customer care many times. Every time i get reply from exacutive that it has been corrected from his end and now the bill which will come that would come with corrected name Abhimanyu keshri.
What is this? Do you understand customer is fool?
Its is enoungh. I am going to escalate this matter to higher department unless and untill my query get resoleved.
