I bought a new prepaid sim, since first day I have not been able to see the after call balance. I have registered a number of complaints with airtel.
I was given the same Service Request Number thrice. And every time I called to check the status, I was given the reply that the service request was closed the first time.
I have been trying to call the helpline since, and I get a reply that "PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE WITH YOUR QUERY IN 130 CHARACTERS" and even that does not work.
I have written numerous emails, and have not got any response from them as well.
Please help!!
