Miscalculation of Bill

Hello,

I have taken three numbers from Airtel. [I would advice any one not to repeat the same mistake of taking the Airtel Connect.]

I am facing lot of problems since I have taken the numbers. I am giving the list of the problems over here.

1. I had asked the person from whom I had taken the numbers to activate the numbers from 7th May but some how he activated the numbers from 30th Apr. I was never told about it. I have taken the numbers from Mr. Priyesh, who I guess doesn't work with Airtel now, so I feel like I am completely helpless, because every body tells me talk to the agent from whom you took the numbers.

2. Ever since I started using the numbers, some how airtel managed to block the numbers 9975591462, 9975591463 every altar net day, if not some times in the same day. I want to know the reason for blocking the numbers on the same day. I would say the reason can not be zero usage if airtel blocks the numbers on the same day. (if you want check my bill for number 9975591463, you will find it was blocked on 25-06 as well as on 26-07), Just explain me this.

3. I received the first bill only for 9975591461, I didn't receive the bills for numbers 9975591462, 9975591463 for the first month.

4. Yesterday I received the bills for 9975591462, 9975591463 again I didn't received the bill for 9975591461.

5. The bill which I can see is completely wrongly calculated. I have taken a corporate plane of my company "Sai Srusti Landscape". I have taken the responsibility of the bill payment personally. The persons from your Karve Road office told me that I will have same plan as the company scheme. Please look into the matter.

6. The persons from Karve Road are completely non-co-operative to me. The man named Mangesh has even gone to an extent on saying you can discontinue the numbers we have nothing to loose as this is not an official Airtel office this is just another franchise of airtel. He was very rude.

7. The reason I didn't paid the last month's bill for 9975591461 even after receiving the Bill, is because Mr. Nilesh from the same office had told me that because I am facing so many problems with the number disconnections and billing problems he will give me reversal for months rental, the promise which again was never fulfilled.

What I hope to get from you is, correct my bill plan.

I have been probing for this problem ever since I have taken these three numbers.
