Hi,
It is really disheartning to know that I have not been recieving my Mobile bills from the month i have started using this postpaid connection.every time i call the customer care it goes on the IVR and despite trying for several hours it is never connected to a human voice especially during the night time.
my mobile bill is a part of my Salary which can only be claimed after submission of the original copy of the bill and its been 4 months now that i have been losing on hard earned money.
