Dear Sir,
I am an AIRTEL costumer since the airtel started their services in India. My cell number is 9810083832. I have been receiving my bills on time since that day, but from the month of February I have not received my bills by courier. It is quite surprising that once the bill has been printed from your system and instead of original copy, I get the duplicate one that also on my request. My next-door neighbour is receiving the bills on time. According to your system I am being delivered the bill on 15th of every month, but still not receiving. On every complaint the Customer Care Executive insists me to download the bills or pay by sms / e-payment.
Please consider my request and do the need full action.
