I am Airtel customers since 4 years and I am paying my bills and due on time. I am working in MNC.
Till few days back I was happy customer of Airtel who recommend people for using it and I also took another corporate number for me
But I am shocked when I got this bill.
I have few objection /protest in this bill.
1.There are ISD charges levied on my account on 10 Jan 4 AM to 2 PM to numbers “003598815406106” and “0043810522225” for total duration of 3:00:29 . I or my family member never called on this number and I know nobody to this number.
2.I never asked for activation of ISD on my mobile and I was unaware that ISD service was active on my mobile. So Why and when it is activated?
Till now I took following actions :
a. When I came to know about these ISD calls by you SMS stating my credit limit is crossed, I immediately deactivated ISD service (request no 6081475)
b. I immediately cancel NOP service to my phone, as some of your people told that It may be case of mobile hacking by web.
I will take following action if my this query is remains unresolved.
c. I will be disconnecting this number if such fishy thing is not fix immediately.
d. I will be disconnecting my another number also if no action is taken by you.
e. I will hold payment this bill till I got clarification on this issue.
f. I may be forced to talk to consumer court with this issue.
I want that this matter should be looked seriously on high priority and remove these charges from my mobile bill
