NO NETWORK COVERAGE

I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ON "NO NETWORK COVERAGE" INSIDE MY OFFICE SINCE MARCH 08. EVERYTIME AIRTEL SAYS THE COMPLAINT IS RECTIFIED AND SOMEONE CALLED VISHAL VISITED US. I AM YET TO MEET THAT PERSON NOR SPEAK TO HIM. ITS ANNOYING THAT EVERYTIME YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY COME UP WITH FANTASTIC STORY. MY PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS AND NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. MY FIRST COMPLAINT REFERENCE NUMBER IS 16106169 DATED 31ST MARCH. MY SECOND COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 16593914 DATED 6.5.08. THEY SENT AN SMS SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME ON MAY 9TH, WHICH THEY DIDN'T. THIS IS AFFECTING MY BUSINESS IN A BIG WAY. I CANNOT CHANGE MY NUMBER NOW AS THE SAME IS WITH ALL MY CLIENTS. KINDLY ADVISE WHAT COURSE OF ACTION I SHOULD DO.
