DISCONNECTION OF SEVICE WITHOUT INFORMING

I Shailesh Gaikwad having AIRTEL postpaid connection since last 4 years. My no is 9892469434.I am regularly paying my bills .on 26 August I received call on other mobile no to continu the service. I asked the Executive that my cell is working. He told me that it is dicontinued from 19th August for not using our service and paying only retals every month. I replied that i am paying the bills regulary I am having other connection so i am not using the same but the payment for rentals is on time. He then replied that they thought that you are not intrested in using our services so i replied that i never told you to discontined my service. I wanted to know how AIRTEL can do it without giving any written communication.
