Non Receiving of Post Paid Bill

Dear Sir,

This is just to inform you that I Mr. Vishwanath Roy holding the no. 9860357269 not receiving my Post Paid Bill's on time since last 8 months & due to this uncessarily i am charged with Late Bill Chrgs ie Rs.50/- per month.

Also, after telling the same to the CS desk while their call, nothing is been done on the said issue except saying SORRY everytime & to the height my registration has been cancelled.

I request you to kindly look into the matter & resolve the issue by waiveoff all the late bill chrgs. So that i can make the payment.

Hope you will tret the matter on urgent basis.
