Wrong billing&sim replacement

1, i have taken this service in sep (9000701771) and i gave request to send bill through email they agreed for that &stopped paper billing but till now i didnt recive a single bill also on my mail .they are sending the other mobile no bill which was not mine.so i need some help in this matter.

2, the other important compliant is as i said i took in sep (9000701771) this connection after two months my sim has a compliant it is not working in the other mobiles i kept a request to the company about this compliant they said to pay some amount for the replacement i got the compliant with in 2 months of purchase so kindly do some favour for this request.
