I am not receiving the post paid bill on time from two three months. Since i have reimbursement for the bill from company, the bill has to be submitted to our accounts before 10th of every month.

My bill date is on 26th of every month but i still never receive the bill before 10th of next month.

I agree that previous months delay was because of up gradation of soft ware, and the bill was sent on 16/02/09.I had to pay from my pocket for that month.

The current month i had called n number of times to customer care, registered complains three times, spoke to the manager twice, but in vain still not received the bill. I made it clear to Airtel that in case if i don’t get the bill by 10/03/09 i will not be making any payment for current month.

I am really frustrated with Airtel, one of the poorest, class -3 services from airtel. I can't change the network since this is a corporate connection.

When they penalize if we pay the bill late, why can’t we?

And the most important thing is that the bill is sent through E-mail.

E-mail doesn't make sence here, than imagine a hard copy!!!

At least the others be aware about the services from airtel.
