Incorrect billing!

Hello sir/madam

I had airtel postpaid connection.

This connection i on my sister name "Avantika ukey' but used by me.

On 11-09-07 i activated powerpack (for gprs) from an airtel gallery

For this i paid 400 to gallery employee and she give me the receipt.

And they told me in powerpack 3 monthy gprs is free.

But problem is that The gprs monthly rent is included in my bill.

In month -03/10/07 i got waver of 292 in bill.

But in 03/11/07 i have same problem again the gprs monthly rent is included in my bill

This time they dose not give me the waver on my bil.

I paid extra 350/- in bill

please help me & give me waver on bill.
