Sim deactivated with aout intimation

Hi,

I entered in to Airtel postpaid in this Jan..My sim activated with in 4 hours but after 3 weeks my number deactiavted with out any intimation. When i reached the dealer he told me that ur address verification is not completed. My brother signed on Address confirmation forms when the execuitive went to my home. Till now my number is not activated...
