I have lodged a complaint in July for the no network coverage at my residence in tardeo. I repated the same complaint on 10 November. I was informed that the Company is doing survey of the area till this date. I am not able to get what is the quality of service Air tel is provisding these days. All my complaints are pending till this date. For comapliants lodged till nodal level I have not received any satisfactory answers. I think AIR TEL is not providing any customer service.
