This is to bring to your kind notice that my SIM Card of mobile no. 9897199688 along with other documents was lost on 28/8.
As soon as I got home that night, I had called up the Airtel customer care with my land line phone on 28/8 at 10.15 asked them to block the number. Mr Sandeep customer care executive said that I have to register a police complaint about the loss. He also said that it could have been done if I had a post paid card.
On 30/8 I went to Jain Infosis Vardhman Plaza Meerut UP with Police Complaint /Photos and Photo ID Card No. CYX2149045 and ask the person sitting on counter to Block my SIM Card and issue me a duplicate SIM . She replied that presently we do not have the SIM and the same will be available on Tuesday dated 2/9. I went in the cabin of Senior Executive and ask him to instruct cocern to block my SIM as there may be a chance of misuse, he also refused for the same. In my opinion it should be blocked immediatly as the consumer is requesting personly.
It is my humble request that my SIM Card should be blocked immediatly.
