Dear Sir,

Good Day! For your kind information my self K.S.Shukla and my cell no is 9898283319.I want to tell you that the sim card which I had purchased in Nov. 2006 its validity is for one year and the call rate is airtel-airtel 20 paise, and other mobile 50 paise.

But when my sim card validity is end in Nov. I received many calls and massages from your customer care and they told me if I will do the recharge of Rs 294 then I will get the same facility. That’s why I recharged of my sim Rs. 294. But till now I did not get such kind of facility and the latest skim, which is in my sim card, is different.

Now here I want to inform you that your customer care is not giving a good response.

I have talked to 4-5 peoples in your customer care. But they are not able to solve my problem and they also failed to give a good response.

Every time they told me no recharge is done by me between this time period 22nd Nov. –30th Nov. yesterday Night I talked to Mr. Prufful in customer care and he told me that I am right and I had done a recharge of 294 rupees between this time period. Here I am giving my reference number, which I received from your customercare: 1228736203, 1228736202

So I request to you please solve my problem and also return my extra spent money.

Hope that you will give the reply as early as possible. I am waiting for your reply.
