AB Arogyadan policy

I have applied for a mediclaim policy through one of the Andhra Bank branches in hyderabad and its almost been 5 months since i have done this. At the time of making a payment, I was told that the policy will be issued within a week and now when i ask for it from the manager, the only reply i get from the manager himself is that they are middle men and they actually dont issue the policies so has no control in the issuance of the policy (I understand this is the case with all the policies applied during this period from this branch). In this case, it makes me wonder why does such an incompetent authority takes up such a job and destroys the essence of taking a policy.

Kindly help me in receiving the policy or a full refund of my money
