Delay in the delivery of the vehicle

I have a Maruti SX4, which met with an accident on the 17th of sept' 09, and the vehicle had reached the workshop on 18/09. I was told that the moment the insurer passes the claim within next two days the vehicle would be delivered. The claim got passed on 19th sept'09. Then the second survey was also over on 21st sept'09, I was told on 22nd sept'09 that in next two days I should get the vehicle. But till now nothing has been done and vehicle is still in the same condition. I was promised by the GM of the workshop that I would get the vehicle by 26th or else by 29. But still the vehicle is there and nothing has been done till now... Still the works manager says that they do not have spares so rhetorically vehicle cannot be delivered.
