My Name is Baburaj and complaint number is c1-950816309. Original complaint number was c1-947549298.
Today Morning somebody came from APC and saying that they did ulta connection that is why Inverter is not working... This is the responsibility of APC to get it connect properly. Please dont send some ameture people to get this work done.. We customer is struggling now. Past one week I am running for this issue.
Now somebody needs to come to get it installed.. They did'nt done wiring work all those things.. I bought this unit on 20th April; 2009. Today April-28 1 week over. Still inverter not installed. Please do the needful to get it installed today itself.
