Discripancy of PF amount

Dear Sir,

I am very frustrated regarding PF department service.

My PF No is DL/5595/4563 and HR/2584/334 respectively in between the two no., which has settled by PF department (Only 50% as per calculation). No statement has not received so far.

If possible kindly send it my new address or mail id:
