It is disturbing to have recieved no communication from vodafone. I have a corporate connection where I needed the VMC - Vodafone mobile connect service on my mobile. I was informed and i have the documents that the service was supposed to be a 199/- unlimited plan. I have been charged 291/- for VMC usage on my cellphone and the service was disturbed all along. I wrote to vodafone regarding this & called the customer care where my number was barred for making calls to Vodafone customer care. I request you to kindly tell me the procedure to get my number changed to a pre paid and I would be grateful for the assistance.
