Subscription Not Doone, ani No refund of amount

Dear Sir,

I have deposited money for subscription on 2 Dec but i have not receive any magazine from company, then i talk many times with the company but every time i got commitments then i ask for refund but still it is not doone and now it has passed one and half year but still i am getting commitments, first time i talk with suvarna and now with Jayashree at Pune office.
